Shi Weixian, managing director of China Resources Land (Overseas), said that Rui Jing I will launch 201 units in the first round on Saturday, including all 180 units from the first two price lists for public sale. These units have saleable areas ranging from 304 to 657 square feet, comprising 22 one-bedroom, 123 two-bedroom, and 35 three-bedroom units. After discounts, prices range from HK$5.298 million to HK$13.236 million, with per-square-foot prices from HK$16,538 to HK$21,128.
Starting the same day, 21 units will be offered by tender, including 20 three-bedroom units and one special unit with a terrace. As of noon today, Rui Jing I has received over 26,000 registrations, representing an oversubscription of more than 143 times. Registration will close at noon tomorrow.
