Another shareholder, Yunnan Shixun Enterprise Management Co. , plans to reduce its holdings through block trades by no more than 4,154,600 shares, inclusive, representing no more than 0.59% of the company's total share capital. The two shareholders' combined reduction will not exceed 0.85%.
The reduction period will be within three months beginning three trading days after the announcement date, with the sale price determined by market conditions.
