ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) disclosed in its semi-annual report that its self-developed LPDDR6 chip achieves a peak data rate of 12800 Mbps and a maximum capacity of 16GB, marking an upgrade over the previous LPDDR5X generation. The chip is now being sampled to key customers for validation, with mass production being accelerated.

The chip supports a maximum data rate of 12800 Mbps and a maximum capacity of 16GB, positioning it as the latest generation of low-power memory products. Through architectural innovation and data transmission optimization technologies, the chip achieves a peak data rate of 12800 Mbps. The product has been sent to key customers for sampling and validation, and the company is accelerating efforts toward mass production.
