Dongfeng Motor Co. reported August 2026 vehicle sales of 7,114 units, down from 7,126 units a year earlier, with production at 7,166 units. Cumulative sales for January-August 2026 totaled 83,808 units, a 1.07% decline year-on-year, while production rose 9.7% to 84,870 units. New-energy vehicle sales surged 105.16% to 26,062 units in the eight-month period.
Dongfeng Motor Co. announced on September 8 that its vehicle sales for August 2026 reached 7,114 units, with production of 7,166 units. In the same month of 2025, sales stood at 7,126 units.
For the first eight months of 2026, cumulative vehicle sales totaled 83,808 units, down 1.07% from the same period in 2025. Cumulative production reached 84,870 units, an increase of 9.7% year-on-year.
In the new-energy vehicle segment, August 2026 sales were 4,063 units, compared with 1,575 units in August 2025. For January-August 2026, cumulative new-energy vehicle sales reached 26,062 units, up 105.16% year-on-year.
