Dongxing Securities A-Shares to Halt Trading from Sept 15 Until Delisting
Dongxing Securities announced that its A-shares will be suspended from trading from September 15, 2026, with September 14 as the final trading day, ahead of its merger with CICC. Cinda Securities also announced a similar suspension. CICC plans to absorb both companies via a share swap, converting their shares into CICC A-shares.
Dongxing Securities announced that its A-shares will be continuously suspended from trading from the market open on September 15, 2026, with no further trading, and September 14, 2026, will be the last trading day.
CICC plans to issue A-shares to absorb and merge Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities through a share swap. Shareholders of the two companies will have their shares converted into CICC A-shares at the agreed swap ratio.
