Eastroc Beverage announced on July 27 that it plans to sign an investment agreement with the Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee for the "Eastroc Beverage Zhengzhou Production Base Project." To this end, the company intends to register and establish Zhengzhou Eastroc Vitamin Beverage Co. , Ltd. in the Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, to be solely responsible for advancing and implementing the investment project. The total investment for the project is RMB 1 billion.
