Everbright Cloud Payment Serves 100+ Public Schools in Pu'er
China Everbright Bank's Everbright Cloud Payment platform has introduced online payment services for over 100 public schools in Pu'er, Yunnan Province, covering tuition, boarding fees, and after-school service fees. The move addresses long-standing cash collection and manual reconciliation challenges in rural schools. The platform has now served more than 7,000 public educational institutions nationwide.
In Pu'er City, Yunnan Province, most rural schools had long relied on cash to collect tuition and miscellaneous fees, followed by manual reconciliation. This process was cumbersome and lacked transparency in fund management. Recently, China Everbright Bank, leveraging the digital service capabilities of its Everbright Cloud Payment platform, introduced online payment services for more than 100 local public schools, covering tuition, boarding fees, and after-school service fees, thereby resolving the fee collection difficulties faced by schools in mountainous areas.
The Everbright Cloud Payment platform provides full-process digital services, including bill management, fee inquiry, payment reminders, online payment, batch refunds, record inquiry, and statement downloads. Users can complete payments through channel entries such as mini-programs, client applications, and PC web portals, using payment methods including WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay. The platform continues to expand its services in the education sector, supporting the digitalization of campus management.
With the arrival of the September school season, Everbright Cloud Payment is carrying out its second consecutive year of the "Special Campaign for University Autumn Enrollment Payment Services," further expanding campus payment service scenarios. To date, the platform has served more than 7,000 public educational institutions nationwide, covering the collection of all categories of campus fees, including tuition, boarding fees, meal fees, and school uniform fees.
