Former Apple CFO Maestri Steps Down from Enterprise Services Role
Luca Maestri, who stepped down as Apple's chief financial officer in January 2025, has resigned from his subsequent role overseeing the company's enterprise services division in recent weeks. He remains an Apple employee but now only teaches a course at Apple University, visiting the office about once a week. Kevan Parekh, his successor as CFO, has taken over the enterprise services team.
Luca Maestri, who stepped down as Apple's chief financial officer in January 2025, remained with the company to manage its enterprise services division, but has resigned from that role in recent weeks. He remains an Apple employee, though he now has no other responsibilities besides teaching a course at Apple University. Maestri previously reported to Apple's former chief executive Tim Cook, rather than current CEO John Ternus. He is gradually winding down his day-to-day involvement at Apple, visiting the office roughly once a week.
Apple's enterprise services division encompasses information systems and technology, information security, and real estate and development. After Maestri stepped down as CFO, Kevan Parekh succeeded him and has now taken over responsibility for this team.
