Ex-Baosteel Stainless Steel Deputy GM He Ruying Probed for Serious Violations

He Ruying, former deputy general manager of Baosteel Stainless Steel Co. , Ltd. and former chairman of Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Co. , is suspected of serious disciplinary and legal violations. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and National Supervisory Commission review group stationed at China Baowu Steel Group, and supervisory investigation by the Putian Municipal Supervisory Commission of Fujian Province. The case was announced jointly by the CCDI review group stationed at China Baowu and the Fujian Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection.
