Fosun Pharma announced on August 17, 2026 that its controlling subsidiary Henlius has entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Sandoz AG. Under the agreement, the two parties will pursue licensing cooperation covering registration, commercialisation, development and manufacturing for up to 10 monoclonal antibody and/or antibody-drug conjugate biosimilar products developed by Henlius across relevant overseas regions.
Commercial terms have been finalised for the first three collaboration products — HLX05-N, HLX16 and a belimumab biosimilar. In addition, Henlius has granted Sandoz AG an option on one potential further product, HLXTE-HAase1001.
