Galactic Energy recently started construction of its reusable liquid launch vehicle industrial base in the Wanjiang Jiangnan Emerging Industry Concentration Area in Chizhou, Anhui province. The project, a key second-phase initiative following the company's establishment in Chizhou, is planned to include a reusable rocket engine technology R&D center, a second-phase liquid rocket assembly line, a second-phase Cangqiong engine assembly line, as well as a reusable rocket propulsion system test stand, a turbopump hydraulic test stand, and an aerospace education base, covering R&D, assembly, testing, and science outreach. The total investment is RMB 1.5 billion.
