Zhu Yiming, a shareholder of GigaDevice, reduced his holdings in the company by a total of 11.11 million shares, representing 1.58% of the total share capital, through centralized auction and block trades during the period from May 6 to June 12, 2026. The total amount of the reduction was approximately 4.4 billion yuan. After the completion of the reduction plan, Zhu Yiming and his concert party, Hong Kong Yingfude Co. , Ltd. , held a total of 47.77 million shares of the company, representing 6.80% of the total share capital. Zhu Yiming has committed not to reduce his shareholding in the company for 12 months starting from July 29, 2026.
