Overall sales gross margin reached 14.72%, the highest for the period since 2021. The company continued its recovery momentum, ending two consecutive years of first-half revenue declines. Looking at historical financial data, net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 1.09 billion in 2023, rose to RMB 2.67 billion in 2024, and further reached RMB 3.94 billion in 2025. Over the same period, gross margin, net margin, and return on equity all trended upward. In terms of inventory, the balance stood at RMB 17.35 billion in 2022, accounting for 22.5% of total assets; from 2023 to 2024 it was compressed to RMB 10.48 billion, with the ratio falling to 12.7%; in the first half of 2026 it rebounded to RMB 18.68 billion, representing 19.1% of total assets. By business segment, precision components generated revenue of RMB 7.76 billion in the first half of 2026, up 2.03% year on year, with a gross margin of 24.86%; smart hardware revenue declined slightly by 2.2% year on year, with a gross margin of 13.61%, up 2.1 percentage points year on year; smart acoustic components revenue grew 35.9% year on year, with a gross margin of 9.70%. At the end of 2025, Goertek Optics completed the acquisition of Shanghai Aolai to strengthen capabilities in wafer-level micro-nano optical devices such as optical waveguides. The acquisition is part of the company's capital operations, aimed at expanding its technology layout.
