Google has revealed details for its Pixel Watch 5, set to launch on August 12, 2026 alongside the Pixel 11 series. Storage doubles to 64GB, and batteries grow to 332mAh (41mm) and 465mAh (45mm). Health features include blood oxygen, atrial fibrillation alerts, deep sleep analysis, and a virtual running coach for LTE outdoor runs. Pre-orders run until August 20.
The Pixel Watch 5 will be offered in 41mm and 45mm sizes, with four color options: matte black, polished silver, satin gold, and champagne gold. The 45mm version does not include the champagne gold option. The watch supports multiple interchangeable bands and comes in Wi-Fi and LTE plus Wi-Fi variants, both with built-in standalone GPS.
For health monitoring, the watch offers blood oxygen saturation tracking, atrial fibrillation alerts, and deep sleep analysis. The LTE version allows outdoor runs without a phone, using a built-in virtual running coach to maintain pace. It collects data on step-goal achievement versus sleep quality and heart rate variations to provide health insights.
Hardware includes the same Snapdragon Wear W5 Gen 2 chip and display as the previous generation, with storage increased from 32GB to 64GB. Battery capacity is also higher: 332mAh in the 41mm model and 465mAh in the 45mm model.
