The entity, named Gotion High-Tech (Anhui) Sales Co. , Ltd. , will focus on new energy equipment manufacturing and sales, as well as battery production and sales. The company is indirectly wholly owned by Gotion High-Tech.
Gotion High-Tech has incorporated a new company in Anhui province. According to corporate registration data, Gotion High-Tech (Anhui) Sales Co. , Ltd. was recently established, with Chen Wei as its legal representative and a registered capital of RMB1 billion. The business scope includes the manufacturing and sale of new energy original equipment, battery manufacturing and sales, and production of battery components and accessories. Equity structure analysis shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Gotion High-Tech.
