Guangdong Governor Meets Fosun Chairman to Deepen Cooperation in Biomedicine, Healthcare, and Finance
Guangdong Governor Meng Fanli met Fosun International Chairman Guo Guangchang in Guangzhou on August 14 to discuss deepening cooperation. On August 14, Meng Fanli, Deputy Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Committee and Governor of Guangdong, met with Guo Guangchang, Chairman of Fosun International, and his delegation in Guangzhou. Guo Guangchang said that Fosun will actively align with Guangdong's development needs, fully leverage the advantages of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including its high degree of openness, strong economic vitality, and outstanding innovation capabilities, to further expand cooperation and investment. The company will increase efforts to participate in the development of the biomedicine industry, strengthen international medical services and the introduction of international tourists, and explore cooperation opportunities in Guangdong's tourism and elderly care industries. It will also accelerate cooperation in fund investment, insurance, and finance, contributing to Guangdong's high-quality development.
