Guangdong Launches Wanqing Government AI Flagship App with Kingsoft WPS Edition

On August 18, the Guangdong Wanqing Government AI Flagship Application was officially launched. As one of the first smart office applications to deeply integrate with the Wanqing Government AI Central Platform, the Wanqing WPS Special Edition was formally released. Targeting all civil servants in Guangdong, the edition delivers one-stop government AI office capabilities, including AI document generation, AI polishing, AI imitation writing, AI expansion, AI proofreading, AI layout and content summarization. The Wanqing WPS Special Edition was pre-released on June 16; following the official launch, it leverages the unified platform entry point and computing power, integrates WPS 365 smart office capabilities, and achieves end-cloud linkage with the WPS desktop client.

In official document processing scenarios, powered by the Kingsoft Office government large model, AI spans the drafting, review and layout stages, supporting full-text generation, template filling and style imitation for statutory and transactional documents, while intelligently reviewing sensitive information and compliance issues and completing one-click layout in accordance with party and government agency document formats. For knowledge retrieval, the edition leverages document intelligent parsing and graph governance capabilities to build a cross-department, cross-level knowledge base matrix system, enabling AI to precisely retrieve information from policy documents and locate original source references.

On data security, the edition has completed private deployment in a full-stack Xinchuang environment, retaining the existing organizational structures and permission management systems of Guangdong units, imposing fine-grained constraints on document viewing, editing and AI call permissions, and ensuring full operational traceability.
