Guanggang Gas, AF E&C Partner on Ultra-High-Purity Nitrogen for Korean Semiconductors

On August 6, Guanggang Gas and AF E&C, a Korean bulk electronic gas operator, signed a legally binding long-term strategic cooperation agreement. The agreement covers the joint development of ultra-high-purity nitrogen generation solutions for Korean semiconductor manufacturing. The two parties will cooperate based on Guanggang Gas's self-developed "Super-N" ultra-high-purity nitrogen generation equipment.

Guanggang Gas's proprietary "Super-N" equipment has achieved mature commercial application in China's semiconductor manufacturing sector. Under the agreement, the two sides will jointly iterate and optimise the "Super-N" technology platform, and develop bespoke customised solutions for AF E&C's core customers to match their technical requirements for high-purity nitrogen in semiconductor production.
