Guiyang Bank announced on September 7 that shareholder Guiyang State-Owned Assets Investment Management extended the pledge of 83.82 million shares, representing 17.89% of its holdings and 2.29% of the bank's total shares. The pledge maturity was pushed from September 4, 2026 to November 16, 2026. After the extension, cumulative pledged shares account for 49.77% of the shareholder's holdings and 49.42% of combined holdings with its concert parties.
Guiyang Bank disclosed on September 7 that its shareholder, Guiyang State-Owned Assets Investment Management Co. , Ltd. ("Guiyang State-Owned Assets"), completed the extension of a pledge covering 83.82 million shares. The original maturity date of September 4, 2026 has been extended to November 16, 2026. The pledged shares represent 17.89% of Guiyang State-Owned Assets' total holdings and 2.29% of the bank's total share capital. The pledgee is Guotai Haitong Securities, and the financing raised is intended for working capital replenishment.
Following this extension, Guiyang State-Owned Assets has cumulatively pledged approximately 233 million shares of Guiyang Bank, accounting for 49.77% of its total holdings. Together with its concert parties, the cumulative pledged shares amount to approximately 280 million shares, representing 49.42% of their combined total holdings.
