Guotai Haitong Concludes 2026 'ETF Is Coming' Final, H1 ETF Liquidity Support Reaches RMB 9 Trillion

On August 18, 2026, Guotai Haitong concluded the final of its event ETF Is Coming (2026). The competition ran for eight months, covering Guotai Haitong's headquarters and all national branches. It featured an innovative full-cycle development system of "theory study, practical training, and top-level showdown," structured in two stages: "Seeking ETF raising enthusiasts" and "ETF real-money trading competition." Through simulation contests, live trading, and livestreamed reviews, seven elite teams advanced to the final. At the final venue, teams competed in research analysis, asset allocation, and on-the-spot response.

Representatives from Guotai Haitong Asset Management, Huaan Fund, Fortis Haitong Fund, Fullgoal Fund, Guotai Fund, JPMorgan Fund, and E Fund attended the event. In the first half of 2026, Guotai Haitong provided liquidity support of RMB 9 trillion to the ETF market, and its public fund custody scale has ranked first in the industry for eight consecutive years. Going forward, Guotai Haitong will deepen its ETF ecosystem strategy and build a comprehensive ETF service system covering research, trading, market making, and custody across the entire value chain.
