Haidilao reported first-half 2026 revenue of RMB22.34 billion, up 7.9% year-on-year, with core operating profit of RMB2.51 billion, up 4.4%. Delivery revenue jumped 121.2% to RMB2.05 billion, now accounting for 9.2% of total revenue, up from 4.5% a year earlier. Other restaurant sales rose 113.1% to RMB1.27 billion, lifting their share to 5.7%. Non-Haidilao restaurant operations, including delivery and condiments, contributed over 20% of group revenue.

On August 25, Haidilao released its interim results for 2026. During the reporting period, the group achieved operating revenue of RMB22.34 billion, up 7.9% year-on-year, and core operating profit of RMB2.51 billion, up 4.4%. The table-turnover rate for self-operated Haidilao restaurants improved to 3.9 times per day, compared with 3.8 times per day in the same period of 2025.

Diversified business growth was particularly strong. In the first half, Haidilao's delivery revenue reached RMB2.05 billion, up 121.2% year-on-year, making it the group's fastest-growing segment. Its share of group revenue rose to 9.2% from 4.5% in the same period of 2025. In the multi-brand restaurant business, revenue from other restaurants totaled RMB1.27 billion, up 113.1% year-on-year, with its share increasing to 5.7%. Revenue from non-Haidilao restaurant operations, including delivery, other restaurants, and condiment sales, accounted for more than 20% of total group revenue.

2026 marks the first year of Haidilao's "middle-platform construction." The group is shifting its growth driver from individual store operations to headquarters-led platform support, strengthening coordination in talent, strategy, and resources. This is intended to support the renewal of the main brand, the development of delivery services, and the scalable replication of proven new business formats.
