Hang Lung Properties held the opening ceremony for the Amoy Pedestrian Bridge. Fully funded, operated and managed by Hang Lung, the bridge provides a covered and barrier-free pedestrian passage that seamlessly connects Amoy Plaza, the East Kowloon Cultural Centre and Kowloon Bay MTR station in all weather, enhancing walking accessibility, travel convenience and community integration in the district.

Speaking at the ceremony, Hang Lung Properties Chairman Chan Wun-po noted that Hang Lung is marking its 66th anniversary and that the company is gifting the Amoy Pedestrian Bridge to Kowloon Bay. Mikael Jaeraas, Senior Director of Retail and Hong Kong Business at Hang Lung Properties, said the bridge offers the community a covered and safe pedestrian passage and connects seamlessly with Amoy Plaza, improving travel convenience for residents, visitors, commuters and students.
