The 2,337 sq ft flat fetched HK$48,353 per sq ft, marking the project's second transaction in under two weeks. The development recently completed a full renovation, with interiors by HBA featuring Carrara marble and mosaic stonework.

The Summit, located on the upper section of Stubbs Road on the Peak, has sold unit 17B, a duplex flat with a saleable area of 2,337 square feet. The transaction, which includes a parking space, was concluded at a total price of approximately HK$113 million, translating to a unit price of HK$48,353 per square foot. This marks the second sale at the project within less than half a month.

The development had previously undergone a comprehensive renovation, with internationally renowned interior design firm HBA tasked with reshaping the residential lobby and clubhouse spaces. The design team selected premium stone materials from around the world. The lobby floor features Carrara white marble sourced from the Apuan Alps in Italy, quarried from a site with a history of over 2,000 years. The clubhouse lobby floor incorporates mosaic stones from Greece, Spain, and China, assembled using traditional inlay techniques to create distinctive patterns.
