Hang Lung Properties has sold a duplex unit at Peak One, a luxury residential project on Stubbs Road, The Peak, for about HK$113 million including a parking space. The 2,337-square-foot unit fetched a price of HK$48,353 per square foot. The sale marks the second transaction at the project in less than half a month. The property had undergone a complete renovation by international design firm HBA, featuring Carrara marble from the Apuan Alps in Italy and mosaic stonework from Greece, Spain and China.

Peak One, located on the upper section of Stubbs Road on The Peak, recently sold Unit 17B, a duplex apartment with a usable area of 2,337 square feet, including a parking space, for a total consideration of approximately HK$113 million, or HK$48,353 per square foot. This is the second transaction at the project in less than half a month.

The project previously completed a full renovation, with internationally renowned interior design firm HBA responsible for remodeling the residential lobby and clubhouse spaces. The design team selected top-grade stone materials from around the world. The lobby floor uses Carrara white marble from the Apuan Alps in Italy, sourced from a quarry with a history of over 2,000 years. The clubhouse lobby floor features mosaic stone from Greece, Spain and China, assembled into unique patterns using traditional inlay techniques.
