The units are selected units from Price List No. 3 and comprise one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts with saleable areas of 320 to 508 square feet. Discounted prices range from HKD 6.9251 million to HKD 11.5953 million, or HKD 20,474 to HKD 22,825 per square foot on a discounted basis.
The covered footbridge in Kowloon Bay, wholly built by Hang Lung Properties, is now open, connecting Amoy Plaza, the East Kowloon Cultural Centre and MTR Kowloon Bay Station. On September 15, 2026, the day after the opening ceremony of the Amoy covered footbridge, The Aperture sold one two-bedroom unit, Flat B on the 25th floor, with a saleable area of 455 square feet and a two-bedroom layout, at a discounted transaction price of about HKD 8.92 million, or HKD 19,601 per square foot on a discounted basis. As of September 15, 2026, the project had sold 255 units in total, a sales rate of nearly 90 percent, with cumulative sales of HKD 2.3 billion. Only one special unit remains.
