Haohai's Saimaishi Unit Gets NMPA Registration for Trifocal Toric IOL for Cataract and Corneal Astigmatism
Haohai Biological announced on August 6 that its controlling subsidiary Saimaishi recently received the Medical Device Registration Certificate issued by the National Medical Products Administration for its trifocal toric intraocular lens product. The product is indicated for visual correction of aphakic eyes in adult patients with cataract and corneal astigmatism, and is used to improve near, intermediate and distance vision while correcting corneal astigmatism and reducing dependence on spectacles. The intraocular lens is intended for implantation in the capsular bag.
