Haohua Energy Chairman Proposes 2026 Semi-Annual Dividend of at Least 20% of Net Profit, No Bonus Shares or

Haohua Energy (601101) announced on July 28 that the company's chairman, Xue Lingguang, has proposed a cash dividend distribution to all shareholders. The distribution will be based on the total share capital on the record date for the implementation of the 2026 semi-annual profit distribution plan. The total cash payout will be no less than 20% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the consolidated statement for the first half of 2026. The plan does not include bonus shares or capital increase from reserves.
