Lam Tat-man, director of Henderson Property Agency and general manager of its sales (one) department, said Unit A on the 29th floor is being sold by tender and is the only special unit in the entire project with both a flat roof and a rooftop. The unit has a saleable area of 630 square feet, plus a 73-square-foot flat roof and a 619-square-foot rooftop.
