HKEX Approves Three-Year Extension for CEO Bonnie Chan Until February 2030

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) announced that its board has approved a three-year extension of the contract term for Bonnie Chan as Group Chief Executive. The new term will run from March 1, 2027 to February 28, 2030. The renewal has been confirmed by the Securities and Futures Commission under Section 70(1) of the Securities and Futures Ordinance. Chan joined HKEX in January 2020 and has served as Group Chief Executive and executive director since March 1, 2024.
