The company's portfolio includes its main brand HLA, women's wear brand OVV, trendy brand HLA JEANS, and infant and children's brand YeeHoO. In terms of international brand cooperation, the company is the licensee for Austrian sports brand HEAD's apparel business in China, has acquired the trademark rights for Italian premium equestrian brand Cavalleria Toscana in Greater China and the ten ASEAN countries, and holds exclusive agency rights for the retail business of Adidas FCC series products in mainland China. Additionally, the company operates the HLA Corporate Customization business for professional attire. Offline, the company dynamically optimized and adjusted existing stores to ensure stable overall operations, while steadily expanding into high-quality channels such as commercial complexes, and tapping into sales growth through new retail operations and private domain traffic. Online, the company concentrated on full-domain operations, using digitalization as a growth engine, deepening its presence in short-video channels, creating original content in niche trend segments, participating in multiple online platform campaigns, and inviting celebrities and top influencers, as well as partnering with Unitree Robotics' robot "Xiaohai" for special livestream sessions. During the reporting period, online channel main business revenue reached RMB 2.73 billion, up 18.31% year-on-year; offline channel main business revenue was RMB 9.37 billion, up 4.94% year-on-year.
