Hong Kong Telecom Launches 3.2Tbps Ultra-Low-Latency AI Data Center Interconnect with YOFC Hollow-Core Fiber
Hong Kong Telecom recently announced the launch of a 3.2Tbps ultra-low-latency AI data center interconnect (DCI) super-high-speed channel, a first of its kind in Hong Kong. YOFC provided self-developed hollow-core fiber optic cables for the channel to support high-speed seamless dispatch of computing resources across multiple data centers. The implementation of this project will help improve data transmission efficiency between data centers and provide fundamental transmission support for large-scale AI computing.
