On August 27, 2026, Honghe Technology announced that it had received notices from shareholders SHARP TONE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and UNICORN ACE LIMITED regarding their share reductions during the period from July 6, 2026 to August 27, 2026. SHARP TONE reduced 1.7456 million shares through centralized bidding, while UNICORN ACE reduced 4.8622 million shares through block trades. The combined reduction totaled 6.6078 million shares, representing 0.73% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity, the aggregate shareholding of SHARP TONE, UNICORN ACE, and their concert parties decreased from 80.73% to 80.00%, crossing the 5% and 1% integer thresholds.
Previously, on June 9, 2026, Honghe Technology had announced a shareholder reduction plan. Under that plan, SHARP TONE intended to reduce up to 9.045864 million shares, or no more than 1% of total share capital, through centralized bidding due to funding needs. UNICORN ACE planned to reduce up to 18.091728 million shares, or no more than 2% of total share capital, through block trades for the same reason. Honghe Technology's share price had risen more than tenfold from its low in recent years, and despite a correction since July 2026, the stock still recorded a cumulative gain of over 280% for the year.
