Huadian Power Chairman Proposes 2026 Interim Dividend of RMB 0.9 per 10 Shares

Huadian Power International's chairman has proposed that the company distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.9 (including tax) for every 10 shares held, based on the total share capital on the record date for the implementation of the 2026 interim profit distribution plan. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital.
