Huafeng Test Control H1 Net Profit Up 112.6% to RMB416 Million

Huafeng Test Control reported a 112.6% year-on-year increase in net profit attributable to shareholders for the first half of 2026, reaching RMB416 million. Revenue rose 38.17% to RMB738 million, while non-recurring adjusted net profit grew 39.06% to RMB243 million. The company also recorded a RMB3.4 billion fair value gain on its stake in Lianxun Instruments, which listed on the STAR Market in April 2026.

Huafeng Test Control disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report on the evening of August 30. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB738 million, up 38.17% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed company reached RMB416 million, up 112.6%; and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was RMB243 million, up 39.06%. As of the end of the reporting period, the company had 1,089 employees, of whom 550 were in R&D, accounting for 50.51% of the total workforce. R&D investment reached RMB189 million, up 70.64% year on year, representing 25.63% of operating revenue.

The company's stake in Lianxun Instruments, which listed on the STAR Market in April 2026, saw its book value rise to RMB3.526 billion by the end of the period, as the share price increased. According to the notes on "other equity instrument investments" in the semi-annual report, the initial balance of this investment was RMB126 million, and the gain recognized in other comprehensive income during the period was RMB3.4 billion. Since the investment is designated as a non-trading equity instrument measured at fair value through other comprehensive income, the related unrealized gain was not included in current-period profit. The company's "other equity instrument investments" ending balance reached RMB3.64 billion, and "other comprehensive income" ending balance was RMB3.02 billion.

In the first half of 2026, the global semiconductor industry continued its growth momentum, driven by artificial intelligence demand. The report cited data from WSTS and SIA, stating that global integrated circuit sales totaled approximately USD624.5 billion in the first half of 2026, an 89% increase compared with the same period in 2025. Analog and mixed-signal testing remains the core business, with cumulative global installations exceeding 9,000 units. In the first half, the company achieved overseas revenue of RMB61.2369 million, up 5.63% year on year.
