iFlytek Buys Back 750,000 Shares for RMB 30 Million in First Repurchase

The repurchased shares represent approximately 0.03% of the company's total share capital. The highest transaction price was RMB 40.42 per share and the lowest was RMB 39.53 per share, with a total transaction value of RMB 30.02 million (excluding transaction fees). The repurchase was funded by the company's own capital, and the repurchase price did not exceed the proposed upper limit of RMB 62.13 per share.

The repurchase plan was approved by the board of directors on July 27. Under the plan, the company intends to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase A-shares, which will be used for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The total repurchase funds are capped at RMB 200 million and set at no less than RMB 100 million, with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 62.13 per share. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date of board approval.

From January 1 to August 31, 2026, iFlytek's share price hit a low of RMB 38.55 per share. The lows in June and July were RMB 38.97 and RMB 38.55, respectively, while the August low was RMB 38.67. The company reported first-half 2026 revenue of RMB 11.62 billion.
