iFlytek unit Anhui Xunfei Yunchuang takes stake in Suzhou Mengwu Intelligent Technology

Suzhou Mengwu Intelligent Technology recently recorded a change in its business registration, with Anhui Xunfei Yunchuang Technology added as a shareholder.

Anhui Xunfei Yunchuang Technology is a wholly owned subsidiary of iFlytek, through which iFlytek has become a shareholder in Mengwu Intelligent.

Mengwu Intelligent focuses on the research and development, production, sales and operation of intelligent robots, working to bring them into real-world spaces and high-frequency service scenarios.

Following the completion of the business registration change, Mengwu Intelligent's shareholders include Anhui Xunfei Yunchuang Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of iFlytek.
