During the reporting period, the bank recorded operating revenue of RMB 48.952 billion, up 9.11% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 21.876 billion, up 8.09% year-on-year. Compared with the first quarter, the revenue growth in the first half picked up, while net profit growth slowed slightly. In the first quarter, the bank's revenue was RMB 24.180 billion, up 8.41% year-on-year, and net profit was RMB 10.582 billion, up 8.2% year-on-year. The annualized return on total assets for the first half was 0.87%, down 0.09 percentage points year-on-year; the annualized weighted average return on equity was 15.72%, up 0.08 percentage points year-on-year.

Among them, manufacturing loans were RMB 408.5 billion, up 14.2%; loans to water conservancy, environment and public facility management were RMB 219.8 billion, up 13.47%.

On asset scale, as of end-June, Jiangsu Bank's total assets reached RMB 5.61 trillion, up 13.79% from end-2025. Deposits totaled RMB 2.98 trillion, up 17.39% from end-2025; loans totaled RMB 2.77 trillion, up 12.2% from end-2025, with deposit growth outpacing loan growth. Specifically, corporate deposits were RMB 1.63 trillion, up 19.61%, and personal deposits were RMB 1.11 trillion, up 13.91%. On asset quality, the non-performing loan (NPL) ratio was 0.81%, down 0.03 percentage points from end-2025; the NPL balance was RMB 22.44 billion. The provision coverage ratio was 304.83%, down 18.15 percentage points from end-2025.

On capital adequacy, as of end-June, the core Tier 1 capital adequacy ratio, Tier 1 capital adequacy ratio and capital adequacy ratio were 8.67%, 11.19% and 12.4%, respectively, down 0.26 percentage points, 0.48 percentage points and 0.47 percentage points from end-2025. These data indicate that Jiangsu Bank maintained growth in revenue and net profit in the first half, but some indicators such as net interest margin and capital adequacy ratios saw year-on-year or period-on-period changes.
