Jiangsu Government and Huawei Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement on AI, Computing and HarmonyOS PC
On August 6, the Jiangsu provincial government and Huawei Technologies signed a deepened strategic cooperation agreement in Nanjing. Under the agreement, the two sides will jointly advance the development of AI public computing power centres, city public cloud services, data infrastructure, and AI applications in scientific research and social governance. Cooperation will also extend to the HarmonyOS PC industry, domestic computing innovation, the open-source HarmonyOS ecosystem, and digital-talent development, with the aim of building an "AI+" innovation hub and industrial highland.

Under the agreement, the two sides will leverage their respective strengths, with artificial intelligence as the core driver, to jointly advance the construction of key areas including public AI computing power centres, city public cloud services, data infrastructure, and AI-empowered scientific research and social governance. In addition, the two sides will deepen all-round cooperation in the HarmonyOS PC industry and domestic computing industry innovation, the development of the open-source HarmonyOS industry and ecosystem, and the cultivation of digital-intelligence professionals, with the shared goal of creating an "AI+" innovation source and a new industrial highland.
