Jiangsu Guotai reported 2026 first-half revenue of RMB 19.804 billion, up 6.49% year-on-year, and attributable net profit of RMB 469 million, down 13.93%. Textile and apparel sales rose 1.45% to RMB 16.030 billion, accounting for 80.95% of revenue; related import/export grew 8.1%, with exports up 8.5%. Its chemical new energy unit, Ruitai New Materials, generated revenue of RMB 1.46 billion, up 49.77%, and net profit of RMB 181 million, up 120.85%. The company has distributed dividends for 20 consecutive years, totalling about RMB 5.576 billion, and a shareholder with 5% or more stake recently increased its holding.

On August 21, Jiangsu Guotai released its 2026 interim report. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 19.804 billion, up 6.49% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 469 million, down 13.93% year-on-year. Non-recurring net profit was RMB 393 million, and basic earnings per share were RMB 0.29.

In the supply chain services business, this segment focuses on consumer goods import and export trade, covering textile and apparel, chemical and pharmaceutical, light industry and electromechanical, toys, automobiles, food, and textile raw materials. Its marketing network reaches over 100 countries and regions globally. In the first half of 2026, the company's textile and apparel operating revenue was RMB 16.030 billion, accounting for 80.95% of total operating revenue, up 1.45% year-on-year. Cumulative import/export volume reached USD 2.697 billion, up 8.1% year-on-year, of which exports were USD 2.477 billion, up 8.5%. During the same period, the company implemented refined management of production bases and continued to advance overseas layout.

In the chemical new energy business, the company conducts research, development, production, and sales of lithium battery materials, silicone, and other new chemical materials through its controlling subsidiary Jiangsu Ruitai New Energy Materials Co. , Ltd. (Ruitai New Materials). In the first half of 2026, this business achieved revenue of RMB 1.46 billion, up 49.77% year-on-year; net profit attributable to the parent was RMB 181 million, up 120.85% year-on-year. As of June 30, 2026, Ruitai New Materials has obtained 220 invention patents and 19 utility model patents. Its subsidiaries, Huarong Chemical and Chaowei New Materials, are both national high-tech enterprises and have established research platforms including a national post-doctoral research station and a provincial engineering technology research center. The project "Key Technologies and Applications of Ultra-High Power Supercapacitors" in which Chaowei New Materials participated won the second prize of the 2025 National Technology Invention Award.

Since its listing in 2006, Jiangsu Guotai has implemented cash dividends for 20 consecutive years, with cumulative dividend payments of approximately RMB 5.576 billion. The company has formulated documents such as the "Valuation Enhancement Plan", "Market Value Management System", and the "Shareholder Dividend Return Plan for the Next Three Years (2025-2027)". In addition, a shareholder holding 5% or more of the shares, Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone ShengTai Investment Co. , recently increased its holdings in the company through centralized bidding transactions.
