On August 3, Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank announced that its board received written resignation reports from vice presidents Chen Kaicheng and Ni Zhijuan, who resigned due to work transfers. Ni Zhijuan, born in November 1975, had served as vice president since May 2020, previously holding posts including general manager of the micro-loan business department, general manager of the rural finance department, and general manager of the corporate banking department at Wuxi Rural Commercial Bank. Wang Liang, before transferring to Sunong Bank, was vice president of Yangzhou Rural Commercial Bank, and had served as general manager of the investment banking department of Wujiang Rural Commercial Bank and vice president of Jiangnan Rural Commercial Bank. Wu Huiyang previously served as party secretary and chairman of Gaoyou Rural Commercial Bank, and became party secretary of Taizhou Rural Commercial Bank in November 2025. Qi Daofu served as president of Taizhou Rural Commercial Bank from December 2021 to June 2025, and became deputy party secretary of Sihong Rural Commercial Bank in July 2025; earlier, he had been general manager of the inclusive finance department of Zijin Rural Commercial Bank and vice president of Jiangnan Rural Commercial Bank.
