JR East Suspends Yamanote Line Trains on Both Loops After Harajuku Accident

On the 12th, due to a personal injury accident at Harajuku Station, all Yamanote Line trains on both the inner and outer loops were temporarily suspended.

Subsequently, services on both loops were fully restored. JR East said inner-loop trains resumed operation at around 12:30 p. m. , and outer-loop trains at around 12:47 p. Both loops are currently experiencing delays.
