On the evening of August 11, Juhe Materials announced that it plans to use its own funds as a limited partner to join Shanghai Guoju Tonghui Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, with an additional capital contribution of RMB500 million. Shanghai Juhe Zhiyuan Technology Development Co. , Ltd. plans to simultaneously add RMB170 million in capital contribution. After the increase, the total subscribed capital of Guoju Tonghui will rise to RMB700 million, with Juhe Materials holding 71.43%. Guoju Tonghui's investment focus is on semiconductor materials-related fields. By adding capital to the industrial investment platform, Juhe Materials strengthens its industrial layout in the semiconductor materials sector.
The announcement shows that the existing partner Juhe Zhiyuan is an enterprise controlled by Liu Haidong, the actual controller of Juhe Materials, making this transaction a related-party transaction.
