KE Holdings Launches Anzhu App in Pilot Cities, Facilitating 19 Deals in Shanghai

KE Holdings has launched Anzhu, an online transaction-assistance app designed for home sellers, with features currently focused on the seller's perspective. The product includes an AI-driven Q&A for selling strategies, along with seller self-description, serious-seller listings, and community open-house days. It is being piloted in Beijing, Shanghai, and Chongqing.

Anzhu was introduced in Shanghai in early August. Within three weeks, more than 10,000 owners had used the app, resulting in 19 closed transactions. The shortest time to a deal was one day, with an average of seven days. Some sellers significantly shortened their sales cycle by proactively inviting potential buyers.

For example, one owner successfully sold a property two weeks after registering on Anzhu, despite the listing having been on the market for over three months without a sale. Another owner saw increased listing views and completed a transaction within two weeks of using the app. However, not all sellers require Anzhu; some prefer to delegate the entire process to an agent, and Lianjia offers alternative service plans for such clients.
