Guangzhou Jinkun Medical Laboratory Co. , Ltd. has been established with Zhang Dong as its legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 10 million. The company's business scope includes health consulting services (excluding diagnostic services), sales of Class I medical devices, medical equipment leasing, and medical services. The new entity is indirectly wholly owned by KingMed Diagnostics.
