Kubota, Mitsui Fudosan Sign Deal for 12,500-Seat Arena on Old Osaka HQ Site, Opening After 2032

On the 5th, Kubota Corporation, Mitsui Fudosan, and Kanden Realty Development announced that they had signed a basic agreement on the utilization of the former Kubota head office site in Naniwa-ku, Osaka. The multipurpose arena is tentatively named 'Kubota LaLa arena' and the district name is 'Kubota field'.

The redevelopment plan for the former site involves a plot of approximately 24,000 square meters, with an arena capable of holding about 12,500 people as the core, along with a hotel and commercial facilities.

Kubota relocated its head office to Grand Green Osaka in Umeda, Osaka, in May 2026 due to the aging of its office building.
