Lanzhou Bank to Acquire Lintao Jincheng Village Bank, Absorbing RMB 3.434 Billion in Assets
Lanzhou Bank plans to acquire Lintao County Jincheng Village Bank in cash, then assume all of the village bank's assets, liabilities, business and outlets, with the target to be dissolved and converted into a Lanzhou Bank branch.
