Lian'an released its 2026 semi-annual report on August 18. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB3.390 billion, up 13.17% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB297 million, up 23.24%; net profit attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was RMB293 million, up 24.12%; basic earnings per share were RMB1.29.

Quarterly data show that in the second quarter, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB1.800 billion, up 18.70% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB165 million, up 24.00%; gross margin rose 1.84 percentage points quarter on quarter to 24.58%. Net cash flow from operating activities was RMB162 million, up 387.24% year on year.

By business segment, the polymer material anti-aging business achieved operating revenue of RMB2.656 billion, up 12.64% year on year; product shipments were 77,200 tonnes, up 17.81%. The lubricant additive business achieved operating revenue of RMB707 million, up 14.27% year on year. The life sciences business continued to invest in research and development. During the reporting period, the company released the "Lian'an Basic Law," outlining directions such as sustainable development based on dual chemical and biological technologies, layout of both international and domestic markets, innovation as the core engine, promotion of green and low-carbon transformation, and AI-native transformation.

The company, relying on the national enterprise technology center innovation platform, continued to conduct scientific research on new materials and new processes, and improved its one-stop U-PACK anti-aging solutions, applied in new energy, new materials, automotive, and high-end manufacturing fields. In terms of markets, the company advanced a dual-line layout of domestic and international markets, deepened overseas channel construction, and improved its global supply chain system. At the same time, the company promoted green production and low-carbon transformation, optimized production processes, and implemented safety, environmental protection, and energy-saving and consumption-reduction projects.
