Langke Intelligent stated on its investor interaction platform that, as of August 10, 2026, based on the latest business registration information and Unitree's IPO prospectus, the Jiangsu Juequan Hongtu Intelligent Venture Capital Fund (Limited Partnership) in which the company has invested holds 0.5934% of Unitree Technology Co. , Ltd. After equity penetration, the company's indirect stake in Unitree is approximately 0.0379%.

Langke Intelligent also noted that it currently has no other business cooperation with Unitree.
