Longfor Group Sales Drop 54.44% in First Eight Months of 2026

Longfor Group has released its sales figures for the first eight months of 2026. Cumulative contracted sales amounted to RMB 20.84 billion, down 54.44% year on year, while contracted sales area totaled 2.239 million square meters, a decrease of 35.96%.

For August alone, contracted sales reached RMB 2.2 billion, down 53.49% from a year earlier, with contracted sales area of 250,000 square meters, a decline of 39.61%. Contracted sales attributable to the company's shareholders amounted to RMB 1.5 billion, with equity-attributable contracted sales area of 174,000 square meters.
