Longfor Group's 2026 First-Seven-Month Contracted Sales Fall 54.55% to RMB 18.64 Billion

Longfor Group announced that for the first seven months of 2026, its cumulative total contracted sales amounted to RMB 18.64 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 54.55%. Contracted sales area reached 1.989 million square meters, down 35.46% from the same period last year.

For July alone, total contracted sales were RMB 2.09 billion, a year-on-year decline of 65.17%. Contracted sales area was 239,000 square meters, down 48.93%. Contracted sales attributable to the company's shareholders stood at RMB 1.39 billion, corresponding to a sales area of 168,000 square meters.
