According to the previously disclosed repurchase plan, the company intends to use its own funds or self-raised capital to repurchase shares through centralized competitive bidding, for the purpose of equity incentives or an employee stock ownership plan. The total repurchase funds are set at no less than RMB 400 million and no more than RMB 800 million, with a maximum repurchase price of RMB 735 per share.
